Our “ NO QUESTIONS ASKED” 30-day Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for your refund,exchange or for a credit of the purchase amount (shipping and insurance fees are non refundable). Note, that the merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be acceptable for return.
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at customersupport@CaribbeanIslandGems.com, no later than 48 hours after receiving the order.
Our return process is simple, please follow the instructions.
1. Visit CaribbeanIslandGems.com website and go to contact us. Once you get there, fill in the contact form indicate the type of return (refund, exchange or store credit), order number and returned item name. Please make sure you give the valid e-mail address or phone number so we can send you a “Return Authorization Number” (RAN).
2. Ship Your Returned Item(s): Please include your “Return Authorization Number”(RAN) with your returned shipment, seal the package securely then ship to the CaribbeanIslandGems.com address below:

Once CaribbeanIslandGems.com receives your returned item(s), our Quality Control Department will inspect them. Once your item(s) are accepted and confirmed, your replacement item(s) or your refund will be processed.
Important: You must have a “Return Authorization Number” (RAN) before returning item(s) and all item(s) must arrive to CaribbeanIslandGems.com no later than 30 days from obtaining the “RAN ”. Returned item(s) without a “RAN” will not be accepted.
A 15% ‘Restocking' charge will be included at our discretion in case of an excessive amount of returned items.
Refund Policy
When returning your item(s) for a refund, after your item(s) have been accepted and confirmed we will be process your return.
Please allow 48 hours after receiving the order.
Note: All refunds will be returned in the original form of your payment.
Credit Policy
When returning item(s) for replacement for identical product(s), replacement item(s), item(s) will be shipped within 48 business hours.
